I know I don’t have to say this to you, but I will. This program was designed by me for me. I don’t necessarily recommend that you use it exactly, but it should provide you with an idea of how I alter different stimuli within a high frequency program.

Mechanisms of fatigue are different between static and dynamic contractions, so performing high intensity static contractions is a great way to still improve strength (in a specific range of motion, since isometrics are effective at plus/minus 15 degrees at each involved joint angle).
